RHS Practice Groups
Group 1: Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00-7:30
G1 Elite: Monday 5:15-7:30
Group 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 5:15-7:30, and Friday 5:00-6:30
NPHS Practice Groups
Group 1 Monday and Wednesday 6:00-7:30 CDT
Group 2 Monday and Wednesday 5:15-7:30 CDT
Practice notes: NO practice on Thursday RHS due to a high school meet. NO practice on Tuesday and Thursday
at NPHS due to high school meets. ALL NP swimmers are welcome to
attend any practice at Riley that works into their schedule including Friday for Group 2 swimmers. All swimmers attending Group 2's Friday practice are reminded to bring appropriate dry-land clothes including running shoes.
CON IMX Meet Jan. 20th-22nd
The deadline for opting out of this meet is next Sunday, December 4th. If you have not made a decision about this meet you will receive a follow up email sometime this week.
Group 2 Day at RHS this Thursday December 1st
Every
year we invite our Group 2 swimmers to time at a Riley home meet. We
would like all of the swimmers that are able to come be at the pool by
5:15 and for them to wear their team T-shirt from this season. The club
will provide pizzas and drinks for all of those that are able to
attend. The meet will begin at 6:00 and should be done by 7:30

The second order of shirts has arrived and they will be passed out this week at practice

Here are the pertinent times for this weekend's meet:
Friday (events #1-#16)
Doors open at 5:00 CST-our swimmers should be waiting at the doors
Meet starts 6:00 CST
Saturday and Sunday AM Sessions (all 10 and under swimmers)
Warm-ups 7:00-7:45 CST -our swimmers should be on deck by 6:45 CST
Meet starts 8:00 CST
Saturday and Sunday PM session (all 11 and over swimmers)
Warm-ups 11:00-11:45 CST-our swimmers should be on deck by 10:45 CST
Meet starts 12:00 CST
I will be the coach on deck for most of the meet with the exception of the last half of Saturday
afternoon. Please send me a text if you will be running late or if
anything else comes up. Our entry is attached for your reference.
SWAC Fall Invite
Another great performance by our team. With only 17 swimmers at the meet we finished in the top 8 and we had 44 new best times! Here are all the updated page to our website:

Selling a one year ad on our website could earn you anywhere from $50 to almost $500. Here is the link for more information.
Another easy way to earn credit for your swim club account is to hang our recruiting posters out in the public. For every
poster you hang you will receive a $5 credit up to $25. Once you hang
the poster post a pic of it on your Facebook page (or other social site)
and tag the club. For every poster after the 5th one you will have your
name entered in a drawing for a Visa gift card to be held on December
1st .

As
a reminder all swimmers are considered swimming in a meet unless the
parent declines attending. I'm also asking if you know your swimmer will
be attending please commit them to the meet. If the option to choose
days is not yet available please leave a note as to which days you would
like to attend.
