Practice Schedule
RHS Practice Groups
Group 1: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30
G1 Elite: Monday 5:15-7:30
Group 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 5:00-7:30, and Friday 5:00-6:30
NPHS Practice Groups
Group 1 Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00-7:30 CST
Group 2 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 5:00-7:30 CST
Practice notes: Group 2 practices will start at 5:00 from this point moving forward. NO practice on Thursday
at NPHS due to high school meets. ALL NP swimmers are welcome to
attend any practice at Riley that works into their schedule including Friday for Group 2 swimmers. All swimmers attending Group 2's Friday practice are reminded to bring appropriate dry-land clothes including running shoes.
CON IMX Meet Jan. 20th-22nd
The deadline for opting out of this meet is tonight Sunday, December 4th. Everyone should have received another reminder email for this event earlier this morning.

new families, if you do not want to swim in the meet you will have to
opt out. If you need help with this please let me know****
Team Christmas Pool Party December 22nd
We will be having our annual party on Thursday
the 22nd. Group 2 will practice from 5:00-6:00 and the pool party for
all team members and their families (siblings and parents are invited!)
from 6:00-7:30. We will have a few light snacks and a $2 gift exchange
for swimmers and their siblings that are in attendance. If you bring a
gift you will receive a gift.
Team T-shirts
I
apologize for not getting all the shirts handed out last week. If you
ordered a shirt in the second order please stop by the pool office to
pick one up this week .
Advertising Credit
Selling a one year ad on our website could earn you anywhere from $50 to almost $500. Here is the link for more information.
Another easy way to earn credit for your swim club account is to hang our recruiting posters out in the public. For every
poster you hang you will receive a $5 credit up to $25. Once you hang
the poster post a pic of it on your Facebook page (or other social site)
and tag the club. For every poster after the 5th one you will have your
name entered in a drawing for a Visa gift card to be held on December
1st .
Upcoming Meet & Dates/location/deadline to opt out
As
a reminder all swimmers are considered swimming in a meet unless the
parent declines attending. I'm also asking if you know your swimmer will
be attending please commit them to the meet. If the option to choose
days is not yet available please leave a note as to which days you would
like to attend.
