End of Season Team Pool Party
We will be having an end of the year pool party at my home on Saturday August 8th from 1:00-5:00. The club will provide hot dogs, drinks, and all the eating utensils. If you are planning on attending please bring your favorite side dish to pass.
2015-2016 Registration
Our on-line registration platform will be operational no later then Sunday August 9th. Here are some changes we will have in place for next season
1. Registration will now be for an entire year for both short course and long course seasons (1st announced 7-5)
2. All swimmers will be considered swimming in a meet unless a parent chooses to opt out of the meet by using our "attend/decline" function of our website (1st announced 7-12)
3. Volunteer requirement. It has not been determined exactly how this will look or be implemented but all families of our club will be required to volunteer a certain number of sessions of the events we are involved in. (1st announced 7-19)
In previous years we have limited the month of March to swimmers who have qualified for championship meets. This season we will be allowing all of our swimmers to continue swimming through March. In years past we have not charged any families for the month of March but this will also be changing for our Group 1 and Group 2 swimmers. Group 3 swimmers who have paid for September and October will not be charged for March
As always, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me
