Ava has been finishing up her work with another team last week and she should be starting with us this week.  The attached information sheet will give you a brief description of the work she will be doing with us and her contact information should you have any questions of her.  If you would like Ava to work with your swimmer you will need to fill out and return the attached consent form.

IA July Invite
Here is some information I was sent about the upcoming meet from the IA staff:

·       In our efforts to provide opportunities for swimmers to compete, we were forced to make some changes to the format. The Friday AM and PM sessions, as well as the Saturday AM session will be run in all 8 lanes. We will take a 5 minute break at the conclusion of each distance and stroke (4 events in the morning and 2 events in the afternoon) where the pool will be open for swimmers to get in. The distance sessions, Saturday PM and Sunday AM will all be run in 7 lanes with the 8thopen for continuous warm up/down.

·       We will need to limit the number of heats in the 10 & Under and 11-12 200Freestyle on Friday and the 10 & Under and 11-12 200 IM on Sunday. Once time updates are in, I will send out information about the limits. We want to get as many swims in as possible, so please send time updates!

·       The update deadline is Tuesday, June 28 at midnight. All NT entries must be updated by that point a well.

·       Swimmers in the 400 Free and 400 IM will need to provide at least 1 timer for their race. We are planning on having 1 timer per lane, but the swimmer is responsible for providing one of their own as well.

·       The 400 Free session on Friday is scheduled to start around 6:00 PM and end around 8:40. The 400 IM session is scheduled to start around 5:50 PM and end around 7:00. The events will be run fastest to slowest alternating 1 heat of girls with 1 heat of boys. Please notify your families of the approximate times.

Pertinent time information for this meet will be in the weekly email of 7/3-7/9
