Dear SBSC families, Practice Schedule Here is the practice schedule for this week . Riley HS Group 1 Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30 G1 Elite Monday 5:30-7:30 Group 2 Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 5:30-7:30 Group 3 AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and * Friday 6:30-9:00 Group 3 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 5:00-6:30 New Prairie HS (only for NPUSC students) Group 1 Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30 Group 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 4:30-6:30 Group 3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 4:30-6:30 Practice Notes: No practice on Friday PM due to the IA invitational. *The Friday AM practice is for Group 3 athletes not competing Friday afternoon of the IA meet Swimmers attending New Prairie practices will continue to enter the building through door N17. Everyone entering the building will be required to wear a mask. Parents will not be allowed on deck. Athletes are no longer required to fill out a waiver when attending NP practices. All swimmers should come dressed ready to practice. There may be limited use of the locker rooms after practice. If you have any questions regarding procedures for NPHS practices please email Coach Ashley at awojtysiak@npusc.k12.in.us RHS Group 2 swimmers should come to practice in dry-land clothes over their suits. They should also be wearing quality workout shoes as well. Flip flops or Crocs are not acceptable options. Swimmers are encouraged to bring a yoga mat if they have one. Swimmers attending practices at Riley please continue to fill out the on-line daily screening before arriving to Riley. You can find that link by clicking here. Munster Summer Splash Here is a link to our results, our new all-time Top 10, and the updated qualifiers page. IA Summer Invite Elkhart Aquatic Center 7/9-11 Our entry is attached here. You can also find your swimmers events by logging into your account on our website or by using the OnDeck app. As we get closer to the meet you can also use the Meet Mobile app to find their events. I will be the coach on deck for Friday and the AM sessions on Saturday and Sunday. Coach Kelli (574-850-1336) will be on deck Saturday afternoon and Coach Carol (574-292-0553) will be on deck Sunday afternoon. If you will be running late or will be not be able to attend please text the appropriate coach as soon as you can. Here are the pertinent times for this weekend's meet. Friday Session 1 events #1-#10 Warm-ups 4:00-5:00-our swimmers should be on deck by 3:45 Meet Starts 5:15 Saturday and Sunday AM-13 and over session Warm-ups 7:00-7:50-our swimmers should be on deck by 6:45 Meet Starts 8:00 Saturday and Sunday PM 12 and under session Warm-ups 12:30-1:30-our swimmers should be on deck by 12:15 Meet Starts 1:45 Team Backpacks There are still several quality backpacks available. If your swimmer needs an everyday bag these would work very well. If you would like one for your swimmer send me an email and after an upcoming practice we will allow them to pick one out. Spring and Summer Meet Schedule/Dates of Meet/Location/Deadline to commit Below is our spring/summer meet schedule. The first date listed is the day(s) of the meet and second date is the deadline to commit. Swimmers wanting to compete will need to commit to those meets. The deadlines are based on deadlines that were set in previous years. They may change once the meet hosts posts the meet information. When committing to multiple day meets if the option to select the days you want is not available, leave a message in the available notes section of the specific days you would like to attend. Meets marked with an * are meets that require swimmers to meet certain time standards. All pool locations can be found on our website under the "Pools" tab. Most of what is being implemented is common sense and falls in line with our club's policies. One new requirement we will need to adhere to is how your minor child communicates with me. For several years I have asked swimmers in Group 2 and Group 3 to text/email me if they would be missing practice. Moving forward, swimmers will be instructed to include a parent on all communication with me.
 If you are the parent of a Group 2 or Group 3 swimmer, and have never sent me a text before, please text me so I have your contact info in my phone. This way if I need to contact your swimmer about missing practice I can be sure to include you. My cell phone number is 574-276-6057.
