Practice Schedule
 RHS Practice Groups

Group 1: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30
G1 Elite: Monday 5:30-7:30
Group 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5:30-7:30

Group 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30-5:30, and Friday 3:30-5:00 
 NPHS Practice Groups
Group 1: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30 CST
Group 2 and 3: No scheduled practices until the spring/summer season

Practice notes: No practice on Friday for Group 2 Due to Age Group State.  NP swimmers are welcome to attend any of their corresponding group's practices at RHS.

Senior State Championships

We've had a very good two days. Some Speedo Sectional cuts and a few new team records. I will post the results and update all pertinent pages on the website as soon as I receive the results file. 

Age Group State Championships, IUPUI

I have attached our entry as of this morning.  If you notice any mistakes please let me know immediately.  I can make changes through tomorrow morning.  Here are the pertinent times for this weekend's meet:

Friday night events #1-#14

Warm-ups 3:15-4:45-our swimmers should be on the pool deck by 3:15

Meet Starts 5:00

Saturday and Sunday Prelims for 11-14 year old swimmers

Warm-ups 7:30-8:30-our swimmers should be on deck by 7:15

Meet Starts 8:45

Saturday and Sunday Timed Finals for 10 and under swimmers

Warm-ups 12:30-1:15-our swimmers should be on deck by 12:15

Meet Starts 1:30

Saturday Finals for 11-14 old swimmers

Warm-ups 4:30-5:15-our swimmers need to be on deck by 4:15

Meet Starts 5:00

Sunday Finals for 11-14 year old swimmers

Warm-ups 4:00-4:45-our swimmers need to be on deck by 3:45

Spring Registration

Our on-line spring registration is now open.  Athletes currently registered with the club do not need to re-register.  This is only for those who did not swim for the club.  If you would like to register you can click here.

Speedo Sectionals Akron Ohio

If your swimmer has met the qualifying standards and would like to attend this meet I need to know no later then this evening.

Swim Camps

I received an email from the Purdue assistant coach about the camp they are hosting this summer.  As I receive swim camp information I will pass it along to you. You can click here to visit their website and to register.  They are also offering club discounts.  If 10 members our our club register for the camp you will receive a $50 rebate when you check in the first day of the camp. If we can get 15 members you will receive $75 rebate.

Last Day of the Winter Season/First Day of Spring-Summer Season

Our last practice for all groups will be March 22nd, with the exception of the NP Group 1.  The NP Group 1 will have their last practice on the 19th due 3 middle school meets at New Prairie that week.  All swimmers will be moved to the long course season (spring/summer) billing groups at the end of March. 

If you are not planning on being part of the club during April please let me know sometime prior to March 15th and I will put your swimmer on the inactive roster.  If you have sent me an email about withdrawing from the club you will not be billed any more training fees.  If you are please let me know immediately and I will refund that amount back to your credit card.

Our first practices for the spring/summer season will be the week of April 8th-14th. This is the week we return from spring break.

New Pre-Competitive Program for Our Members

Starting this spring we will be piloting a program for 6-7 year old siblings of current and ACTIVE members.  We are just in the planning stages but it looks like we will be on Monday night from 6:00-7:00 and will be limited to 10 swimmers.  Prospective swimmers must already be able to swim one length of the pool.  As we develop this I will share the information with you.

Advertising Credit 


We have had 3 new advertisers to our website this season.  These advertisers were sold ad space by two of our families.  It has generated a total $725.85 of credit on their swim club accounts!  We will give 50% of whatever money raised right back to to you!!  The best sales commission ever?!

A Group 2 or Group 3 annual membership plus all the other associated fees with our membership -- spirit wear, meet surcharges, technology fees, concession stand/hospitality fees, USA Swimming-- is just under $550 for an entire year. (A Group 1 annual membership is about $100 less.)  If you were able to sell two of the the Premiere+ adds it could easily pay for a whole year of swimming including meet entry fees!

Selling a one year ad to one company could earn you anywhere from $50 to almost $500. Here is the link for more information. 

Another easy way to earn credit for your swim club account is to hang our recruiting posters out in the public. For every poster you hang you will receive a $5 credit up to $25. Once you hang the poster post a pic of it on your Facebook page (or other social site) and tag the club.
