Practice Schedule
RHS Practice Groups
Group 1: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30
G1 Elite: Monday 5:00-7:30
Group 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 5:00-7:30, and Friday 5:00-6:30
Group 3 PM: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 5:00-6:30
Group 3 AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 6:30-9:15

NPHS Practice Groups
Group 1: Tuesday and  Thursday 5:00-6:30 CST
Group 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 4:00-6:30 CST
Group 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 4:00-6:30 CST

Practice notes: Starting this week and for the remainder of the summer there will not be a PM practice on Wednesday. Group 2 swimmers are allowed to attend the morning Group 3 practices. Swimmers must be in the Group 2 silver group and above. They will be doing the USRPT practices that the majority of Group 3 is doing.  The number of Group 3 morning practices allowed will be based on their age.  11 year olds 1 practice, 12 year olds, 2 practices, 13 year olds 3 practices, and 14 year olds 4 practices per week.
NP swimmers are welcome to attend any of their corresponding groups practices held at Riley High School. 

Entering and Exiting The Building
In an effort to help with security of the building we will be using door #22 to enter and exit the building for the remainder of this season.  Door #22 is on the northwest corner of the building and faces Fellows Street.  If parents would like to stay and watch practice they will need to use the stairwell adjacent to door #22 to access the seating gallery.  If you arrive at the building and the door is locked please call my cell phone (574-276-6057) or Coach Ted (574-360-9187), or Coach Brion (574-315-5865).  We will be directing all swimmers to leave practice through this door so please plan to pick them up at that entrance
Ava's ScheduleAva will be meeting with all three training group this Tuesday evening. She will meet with Group 3 from 5-545, Group 1 6-630, and Group 2 from 645-730.  Staring the week of the 18th Ava will be meeting with Group 3 on Wednesday mornings

Officials Clinics
SBSC is ranked near the bottom in the state for the number of officials we have with our club. We currently have only two certified officials.  Clubs our size typically have 4-5 times that amount.  Typically meet hosts use the number of volunteers (officials and timers) as a determining factor in accepting teams into their meets.  We have been fortunate that our two officials have volunteered for nearly every session their swimmers have competed.  As their swimmers age up we need to have more of our parents in our younger age groups fill the void.  NASA is hosting some upcoming clinics.  If you are available please consider becoming an official.

CON BW3 Invite
Congratulations to Tony Hibbs, Sammy Sierra, and Michael Burns for setting new team records last weekend.  Tony set a new mark in the boys 19 and over 200 Fly (2:47.69), Sammy lowered the 13-14 boys 200 Fly (2:41.16), and Michael set new standards in the 13-14 boys 100 Breast (1:18.95), 200 Breast (2:55.19), and 200 IM (2:35.80).  You can click here to see all of our team records, are all time top 10, our meet results, and the updated qualifiers page.

Another easy way to earn credit for your swim club account is to hang our recruiting posters out in the public. For every poster you hang you will receive a $5 credit up to $25. Once you hang the poster post a pic of it on your Facebook page (or other social site) and tag the club.

Upcoming Meet & Dates/location/deadline to opt out
Below is our spring and summer meet schedule.  All swimmers are considered swimming in a meet unless a parent declines attending. I'm also asking if you know your swimmer will be attending please commit them to the meet. If the option to choose days is not yet available please leave a note as to which days you would like to attend.

Senior State Championships/July 20-23rd/Purdue/Sunday July 9th
Age Group State/July 27th-31st/IUPUI/Sunday July 16th
Summer Divisionals/August 5th & 6th/Concord High School/Sunday July 23rd
