Practice Schedule
RHS Practice Groups
Group 1: Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00-7:30 PM
G1 Elite: Monday 5:00-7:30 PM
Group 2: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 5:00-7:30 PM

NPHS Practice Groups
Group 1 Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30 PM CST
Group 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5:00-7:30 PM CST

Practice notes: No practice at RHS on Thursday due to a high school meet or Friday due to the CON IMX meet.  ALL NP swimmers are welcome to attend any practice at Riley that works into their schedule.

New OnDeck 4.0 App
Starting tomorrow the on OnDeck Parent app will no longer sync or be supported by TeamUnify.  I sent an email earlier this morning to all of our active accounts as a reminder to upgrade to this new app.  Here is a link to some basic information.

IA Meet
What a great meet for our club.  We had several new best times including one new team record set by Michael Burns in the 13-14 boys 200 breast (2:28.33).  Here is a link to our team records, our all new all time top 10, the updated qualifiers page, and our results.

CON IMX Meet
I have attached our entry and the meet letter. Parents, please write your swimmers events and event numbers on their hands/arms prior to arriving at the pool.  Here are the pertinent times for this weekend's meet:

Friday (Events #1-#6)
Warm-ups 5:30-6:05-our swimmers should be on deck by 5:15
Sign-ins close 5:45
Meet starts 6:15

Saturday and Sunday AM sessions (all 10 and under swimmers)
Warm-ups 8:30-9:00-our swimmers should be on deck by 8:15
Sign-ins close 8:45
Meet starts 9:10

Saturday and Sunday PM sessions (all 11 and over swimmers)
Warm-ups 1:00-1:50-our swimmers should be on deck by 12:45
Sign-ins close 1:15
Meet starts 2:00

End of Fall/Winter Season
Our winter season will come to a close during March.  Here are the dates for the last practice for each of our practice groups
RHS G1 Elite Monday March 13th
RHS Group 1 Thursday March 16th
RHS Group 2 Thursday March 16th
RHS Group 3 March 29th or 30th
NPHS Group 1 March 15th or 16th
NPHS Group 2-see below

Any Group 2 swimmer that would like continue swimming after the 16th is welcome to attend the Group 3 practices

NP Group 2 Swimmers
Swimmers in this group will not be charged training fees for February or March.  Sometime around the first or second week of February their middle school season will begin and we will not be offering practices for this group during that time.  We will offer practices up to the start of their season.  Those swimmers will still be on our active roster and be eligible to swim in any our remaining meets.  Also, any time done during a middle school meet can be used to qualify for Divisionals or Age Group State.

Spring and Summer Season
Our spring and summer season will start on Monday April 10th.  The registraion for the spring/summer will be for new swimmers or former SBSC swimmers not currently registered for the fall/winter season.  All current swimmers will be moved over to our spring roster and their billing status will remain the same. (Annual payers-no change, monthly payers-will continue to be billed monthly, seasonal payers-billed April 1st for the spring/summer season).  If you do not plan to swim with club this spring or summer please email me prior to March 26th to avoid being charged for the April billing cycle.

Advertising Credit
Selling a one year ad on our website could earn you anywhere from $50 to almost $500. Here is the link for more information.

Another easy way to earn credit for your swim club account is to hang our recruiting posters out in the public. For every poster you hang you will receive a $5 credit up to $25. Once you hang the poster post a pic of it on your Facebook page (or other social site) and tag the club.

Upcoming Meet & Dates/location/deadline to opt out
As a reminder all swimmers are considered swimming in a meet unless the parent declines attending. I'm also asking if you know your swimmer will be attending please commit them to the meet. If the option to choose days is not yet available please leave a note as to which days you would like to attend.
